Guarantee

Every item in our catalog comes with our guarantee. Please contact us if there is any problem, and we shall promptly and happily try to correct it. If not satisfied, we promise to replace any item or refund the purchase price.

Limitation of Liability

Seeds Trust, Inc. warrants to the full amount of the purchase price that our seeds are of good vitality and true to name as required by Federal and State Seed Laws. However, every gardener and farmer knows that results depend on weather, soil and cultivation. In common with all responsible seedspersons, we limit our liability in all instances to the purchase price of the seeds.

Seeds Trust, Inc. further limits to such purchase price its liability of any kind on account of any negligence whatsoever on its part with respect to such seeds. These warranties and limitations of liability of Seeds Trust, Inc. may not be altered or amended except by an instrument in writing signed by Seeds Trust, Inc.

By acceptance of the seeds, the buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers herein described are conditions of sale and that they constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty or any other liability.

Handling Charge

Add $3.95 to each domestic order. Add $6.00 handling charge to each order shipped outside the U.S. including Canada. If necessary, we will contact you before charging $22.00 for U.S. government phyto-sanitary certificate necesssary for some foreign orders.

Shipping Charges

PACKETS WEIGHING LESS THAN 1 LB: Seeds Trust, High Altitude Gardens pays shipping for each seed variety ordered in a packet weighing less than 1 pound, no matter how many in an order.

LARGE PACKETS: Actual shipping charges for individual varieties ordered in amounts weighing 1 pound or more are calculated automatically online.

Method of Payment

Seeds Trust accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover/Novus.

The secure server software (SSL) used on our site is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. After you type, fax, or call it in, your complete credit card number is transferred to this secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.

Paying By Check Or Postal Money Order

We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. To pay by check, simply enter "pay by check" in the Method of Payment portion of the order form.

Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located on the bottom of the check.

Paying by check does slow down your order, as we don't ship your items until your check is received. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about seven to ten days.
