Red Hot Chili Pepper. Grown out from our Hatch Red Hot chili trials, this pepper was resilient, remarkably productive with large, gorgeous, glossy peppers. They did great in our roasting desert heat with considerable water stress. The relatively thin walls make these great for drying and grinding as chili powder and flakes.
